marciomaiden 3 Posted May 25, 2022 Author Posted May 25, 2022 I'll wait for the same to happen, I uninstalled and re-installed the app in both boxes, for now they work fine. 1
marciomaiden 3 Posted May 25, 2022 Author Posted May 25, 2022 I send now a log from android tv. What info do you need to find the log?

Then add the following information to your report in the forum: Exactly what you were doing and what happened. Include the name of whatever you played if it is a playback problem The time you sent the log (in Eastern Time please - UTC -5) The name of the Emby user on the local server that was logged in at the time Also, please provide the server log that goes with the app log. Thanks.
ebr 15667 Posted May 25, 2022 Posted May 25, 2022 I think I found your log, however. Try turning off IPv6 on your server. I don't think the image library we use in the app supports it.
marciomaiden 3 Posted May 26, 2022 Author Posted May 26, 2022 Hi, I think it's all resolved, it seems that the problem was really from IPv6. But only the Android tv and fire tv app was affected.

Solution nadeemka2000@hotmail.com 1 Posted March 24, 2024 Solution Posted March 24, 2024 I had the same problem on fire TV. Ipv6 was already disabled. I uninstalled and installed the app, and this solved my issue for now. 1
