Subtitle problem

hi all,

for the first time i have similar problem, mkv files (dragon ball kai anime series), have ASS stylish subtitle, i can see this from web browser emby in windows, from android app and from samsung smart tv. On LG emby App, the subtitles don't appears.

if i play the mkv from internal player of my lg tv (tried on 2 models: oled55 and fullhd 28), the subtitles appears regulary

i don't know how resolve this issue could you help me please?

EDIT: i don't know how some episodes works correctly and other no.

example: episode 1 and 11 don't see subtitles

episode 3 and 26, i see correctly the subtitles.

i tried to extract the ass file and attached fonts, the file is exactly the same

i solved this issue, in the .ass subtitle file is present a style not compatible with lg Emby app.

i've extracted all the .ASS subtitle from the mkv file, deleted the graphic style and remuxed in the mkv.

now all the subtitle are visible.
