Plug-in channels not showing on Roku 3

Hello, I've installed some channels on the MB server but they do not show on the Roku 3, is this normal behaviour with the Roku channel?

Plus , how do I get the chocolate theme installed? I cannot find the MB Configuator anywhere. Thx
