SSF ( SEGA Saturn) and GB3

how to setup SSF with GB3, I had it running with GB2 but can't make it run with GB3, the problem is the game needs to be loaded into virtual drive and then just start SSF.exe

but I can't make it work

 

saturone would be easier solution but the iso image loading plugin is not working, it might have been working a long time ago on Windows 98 or XP but on 7 and 8 it does not work

so only option for Saturn is SSF, but how to load the image before launching SSF.exe
