Been using emby live tv with my hd homerun for a while now and am generally pretty happy with it. However, very recently I cannot open up a live tv channel due to this error:

No compatible streams are currently available. Please try again later or contact your system administrator for details.

Seems to me that the hd homerun itself is working since im still able to watch tv on the hd homerun app on both my phone as well as my nvidia shield tv.

All other media on my server including tv recordings play just fine, its only the live tv that doesnt work.

Logs attached, but please let me know if theres any other information i can provide

embyserverlog.txt ffmpeglog.txt

@LukeI'm seeing the same problem, but I WAS able to resolve it with a HDHR restart (I have an HDHR4-2US). Restarting Emby didn't do anything. All other media playback works fine, predictably. This was previously working, and no software changes were made between now and then. This never used to happen with Plex and the same tuner, so I'm wondering if Emby is making invalid calls to the HDHR or something, which is causing the memory leak or deadlock state? The reason I think this, is that the HDHR logs are full of this:

There is nothing of note in the Emby server logs or transcoding logs, even with Debug turned on. I did a search through them for any sort of  error, fail, cannot, etc.

Hey @Luke- hope you are doing well. This issue is still happening. I've set up a cron job that restarts the HD Home Run twice a day via API and that seemed to help a bit, but it is still happening. Often right in the middle of watching live TV the stream will stop and go black, and then I have to go restart the HD Home Run. When this happens, the HD Home Run app stops working too. Restarting Emby doesn't help. This also never used to happen with Plex. It's getting to the point that I'm considering switching away from Emby, as we have had several times where the stream just cuts out in the middle of an important broadcast. Any assistance you could provide would be greatly appreciated. I'm happy to do some digging, provide logs, etc. I'm also happy to dive into the code base if you point me in the right direction, but I'm not super familiar with C#.

Hi @MetaModa let's look at it from the Emby side of things with the emby server log. Thanks.
