Some Tv Series cannot be identified

I installed the emby server in a Raspberry Pi 2 and I see that some TV Series cannot be identify.

I tried this one for example: https://www.themoviedb.org/tv/74795-orzowei

Using the Identify option, it finds it but when I press Ok for replacing metadata it continues to think but never ending as shown in the attached screenshot.

Do you mind checking it, please?

HI, it's probably just taking a long time. I would just be patient and allow it to finish. You can close the dialog and allow it to keep going in the background.

Hi Luke, I already tried waiting without succeed in updating metadata.

Moreover, I tried adding the tmdbid in the folder's name but only for the serie named Orzowei it doesn't work.

Can you try in your machine to see if you're able to identify it, please?

Why do you think it didn't work? What did you do after that?

Because I already waited for 24 hours before writing here :)

Nothing. I don't know how to fix this and I write here, that's all.

Since you renamed the folder, try running a library scan so that Emby Server will see the changes.

Can you provide a server log,

I ran a library scan and nothing changed.

Here you can download the server log: https://we.tl/t-rZVqbKEbPb

Can you try to create the same folder, with the same name and check if it works in your machine, please?

I had no issues.

I am not seeing anything that stands out as your log clearly shows the series being identified.

This is the screenshot of Series, as you can see the cover is not shown.

Please share a screenshot of your dashboard, I'd like to see if the cover is shown or not there.

Are there images in the series folder?

If you select edit images on the series can you apply the correct poster?

No images in the folder, I'd like Emby get it from TMDB automatically. This is the bug I'm trying to report here 🙂

Attached the screenshot showing what I see if I try to edit images.

Can you see the cover picture in your dashboard?

But it is specific to your setup as I already show it works fine per my test.  Nothing stands out to me but maybe dev will see something.  But urls in your log shos it know the image url but does not appear to get/save.

One thing I would do if you do not use automatic port mapping is disable it as it is spamming errors to your log.

I totally removed the library and re-added it and now it works like a charm!
