[DVR] Limit recording to a specific day

Recordings can be limited to a specific channel and a specific time. Adding the ability to also limit to a specific day is helpful for EPG data that may not properly list "New" episodes, or recording an old show that has lots of reruns (and you only want to record one episode per week for example).

Hi, we monitor it for community feedback and that tells us what the level of demand is vs. other things.
