bbking67 1 Posted October 31, 2021 Share Posted October 31, 2021 I recently noticed that any content I play that is encoded at 25 frames per second has a jitter. I hadn't noticed the jitter on FireTV previously. Content at 23.976 fps plays perfectly. I finally figured out that if I turn of my TV's 120Hz processing, the jitter is gone. So that is a solution (though I hate turning it on and off). The jitter is far less apparent on the FireTV Stick 2nd Gen, but it is there. Is there a different fix to the problem? Why is the jittering so harsh on the Apple TV with the Emby client? I recognize that this could very well more be an Apple TV issue given that Emby is forced to use Apple UI, etc. But a solution would be great.
