What's the problem? Is the bluray not playing?

Please test the same file with Kodi player/filebrowser instead using the plugin.

Bluray is mostly processed by stock Kodi. If there is a problem I need to know if Kodi is the limitation.

kodi Direct playback or plug-in use local mode (nfs path) can be played normally.

The other thing is that it doesn’t seem to be able to trigger the Blu-ray navigation, and there is even no menu selection.

How do you load the webdav content into emby libraries? Are you using strm files or directly?

I try to design a test case, no success so far 🙄

Yes, but that's an nfs share. I assume in this nfs share are strm files located?

I think I understand what you mean.  nfs, shows the normal path.

example:  nfs://192.168.0.10/volume1/movie/long zheng hu dou/long zheng hu dou.mkv

yes I know, but your screenshot is a nfs share.

You cannot drop a http/webdav share directly into emby servers library as a path.

 

There must be a redirection from than nfs path to the actual webdav content. I assume the nfs share hast .strm files which does the redirection.

I need exact instruction, how you access the data on Emby server. Also in my setup, there are no invalid paths as in your screenshot -> no spaces in the urls as in yours.

And we are still talking about next-gen in native mode, correct?

It's okay in the case of nfs. I haven't tested webdav under kodi.

Later, I will test kodi to play webdav directly.  You mean maybe kodi itself can't play bdmv?  But according to the plug-in you modified for the first time, the ones without spaces (bdmv) can be played, and the only problematic ones are bdmv with spaces.

General info for webdav in Kodi:

Yes, because mkv, iso etc. don't need subfolder access. The plugin can inject correct main folders in Kodi's database but not subfolders.

Extracted bluray: Kodi starts browsing in the subfolders of the bluray and build the paths internally (not the plugin). Seems Kodi is not respecting passwords.

If kodi directly adds webdav, everything is normal. Even the Blu-ray navigation menu is normal.

Regardless of whether there are spaces in the path.  So the problem should not be with kodi

Regardless of whether there are spaces in the path.  So the problem should not be with kodi

What you posted is FTP not webdav. ALL fileshares will work, but webdav is something different.
