Emby Webhook + Homebridge plugin

Has anyone been able to setup a Homebridge plugin to work with an Emby Webhook?

I know there is a Plex plugin in Homebridge that will work with a Plex webhook. It will setup an occupancy sensor in Homebridge that will set the sensor as OCCUPIED when a movie is playing and NOT OCCUPIED when a movie is stopped.

Then via Homekit, you can setup an automation to turn the lights off when the sensor is occupied (movie playing) and dim the lights when sensor not occupied (movie stopped).

If this could be done for each state (playing, paused, stopped), then light moods can easily be set with Homekit and Homebridge.
