Store app strange behavior

I've been testing the store app again, with various media, mostly HDR stuff. I have all of the required extensions (HEVC, Dolby Vision/Atmos etc). Windows will play them without issue, but the Emby store seems to get confused as to what it's doing. I'll try to keep this simple (for now).

Playing a movie I have 'First Man', it has three audio tracks. TrueHD/Atmos 7.1, AC3 5.1 and AC3 stereo. The TrueHD track is the default audio. Initially playing this, it's transcoded, reporting that the audio isn't supported (a full transcode due to audio shouldn't be happening, but that's another issue). If while playing I choose the AC3 5.1 track, it direct plays, BUT it then plays the TrueHD audio and I get the Atmos. The server and stats say direct play and transcoding at the same time.

So the first thing is why does it first say that it doesn't support the audio when it does, and then plays it? Also, why doesn't the app let me choose the audio track? I chose the AC3 and it played the TrueHD after it said it doesn't support TrueHD. Then if I change the audio again, playback freezes and doesn't resume. Selecting the audio prior to playback does the same thing. I choose the AC3 and it plays the TrueHD and will not play any other audio track.

All tracks are english and the app settings are deselected.

Hi, what does the media info look like for this file?

Can you post a pic of this from the bottom of the detail screen?
