mac hidpi 1080p emby播放视频丢帧严重

4k显示器开启hidpi 1080p UHD630核显环境下用emby播放hevc 1080视频帧率紧保持在20帧不到.严重丢帧..而缩小窗口可以得到缓解,但是使用nplayer播放视频全屏可以保持40帧率以上....希望改善一下..macos 11.5  emby 2.0.6

我安装了上面链接里的最新版本，情况有所缓解，cpu占用率在 30-80 之间，不过还是会经常掉帧，我从哪里可以得到日志文件？
