    Pretty sure I've asked before but - Have a Documentaries library, type TV though may not be confined to this. It seems that most of the images it gets for these are low res - if it can't find an image on the interweb (though it can get metadata), can't it get a better one from some kind of grab from the video itself ? Also why aren't I allowed to Identify it -
