Hi. I am curious - Were there any special settings that needed to be made here? I am asking because I have extensively tried / tested emby-theater-rpi_3.0.19_armhf image with all possible combinations of settings on a rpi400 and I was not able to get it to a usable state. The gui was running smoothly, but video playback, even low bitrate h.264 1080p content did never play smoothly. There were audio/video sync issues and the playback was very choppy, despite all my efforts. Thanks,

Thanks @SamES I think a have found a solution too. On my Synology server, I change decodage option from Yes to Advanced and choose Quicksync priority to VA-API. Even it transcode, I can watch the movie.

PGSSUB will always cause transcoding, that's the only way they can play as they have to be burned into the video stream. Try and download an srt (text based) subtitle stream

I just found out that all my movies are vanished on my tablet. Series are still here... No log yet, perhaps later. I download them to my SD card but I can't find where the app is actually saving the files.

Hello, Could you explain to me why the film is not playing in direct stream with subtitles? It's my server that has to transcode and in this case, the image freezes every 3 seconds? Hallo ! Ich hatte weiter oben ein Bild gepostet wo früher in den Themes Plugins eine Liste der gefundenen Themes war. Dort konnte man auch einzelne wieder löschen. Diese Liste wird mit aktuellen Themes Plugins nicht mehr angezeigt. Wo kann man nun einzelne löschen, wo ist diese Liste nun hinterlegt? Mein Problem aktuell ist das mir in den Backdrop Ordnern nur 0 Byte Dateien hinterlegt wurden. Das ist nicht nur bei einem Film passiert sondern auf einer neu angelegten Film-Partition bei vielen Filmen. Hat jemand eine Idee wie sowas passieren kann? MfG Anskar ____________________ Hello! This list is no longer displayed with the latest themes plugins. Where can you delete individual themes, where is this list stored now? My current problem is that only 0 byte files were stored in the backdrop folders. This didn't just happen with one film, but with many films on a newly created film partition. Thanks again for your feedback. It's a bit of a shame that it's not compatible because I won't be able to get everything back just because of that. Needless to say, I think it's stupid but there must be a good reason.

Think that that there should be an option to save intros files in media folders also, emby gets moved , reinstalled and other things, option to save detected intros should be possible to save in meda folder with tv season, that way it always there if needed again.

Hmmm, actually upon trying to tag the albums individually, nothing changes. I checked with an album that has the tag at both the artist and album level, and reset the server and rechecked. A search returns every track on the album but not the album itself, the artist page doesn't list it in the album section but the song section contains the songs and they play.

I think I found another issue... Happens when folders are updated, I'll check and add another fix in next version.

Thanks, I figured, but it's a bit tedious. Would be nice to have an option to apply the tag throughout the hierarchy in the future if possible but I'll make do

(FWIW) Some more thoughts... There is a “3 dot” settings tab on RHS of the secondary menu of the top-level Album Artist/Artist/Composer pages that allows for changing the view settings of the current top-level page: This edit area could potentially also be a place to make global changes to the view of the underlying individual pages in a similar way. A new “Show Sections” option could work similarly to the “Show Fields” option that exists now: Having this "Show Sections" editing available individually for the respective Album Artist/Artist/Composer categories would give great flexibility by allowing three custom user-defined page views for the three categories. Combining the above show/hide options with the new drag and drop reordering in Emby 4.8.6.0 would be brilliant!
