A new version of the Windows 8.1 app has seen the day of light.
This is mostly a bugfix release, but we've added a few new features for you as well.
Artist detail view, just click an actor and the details will be displayed.

Beginning June 1st, we will be removing support for previous MB 2 Supporter keys in the MB 3 Server and removing this field from the product.
As long as you get your MB 2 key in before this date, you will get credit for any MB 2 registrations. After that time, it won't be possible to enter the old key and the system will stop checking against the old database.
We aren't making this move to try and take anything away but the old MB 2 database is being shut down and we want to remove this
We've updated our Chromecast app with some new features. Here's what's new: More AC-3 Passthrough, More FLAC We've always supported ac-3 pass-through with Chromcast, but now we've updated our transcoding to also use it as well. This means if you have a DTS audio track for example, now we'll convert it to AC-3 which will still allow you to enjoy the surround sound. Today we pushed a release for our Windows Phone app (8.0.66.0) which sees a massive improvement in streaming and what the app is requiring the server to transcode.
So what does this mean? Basically, if you have a video in your collection that your Windows Phone device would be able to play natively (as if you dragged the video onto your phone from your PC), then the server will know that it doesn't need to transcode the video, it can do a direct stream to your phone. This decreases the load
