@Lukewhen you have a moment, can you take a look at these logs please? Side note : embyserver log is not anonymizing the server IP. I had to manually remove it from the logs.

If you want to troubleshoot that, open new topic in respective forum, depending on your platform. How to Report a Problem TMM is an awesome piece of software.

The queries show up in the logs, if you want to try to optimize them and DM Luke with the changes. But I believe this is a feature change i.e. bringing in fuzzy search properly, because the simple fix of reverting the current fuzzy queries with word split will upset other people who have come to rely on that. And for the proper Fuzzy Search, I have already provided the docs of how to implement it here, just waiting for Luke to find the time to do it correctly.

I don't have huge library ~1600 movies and 417 Tv Shows. Emby not adding new items or changing, need to scan library manually or as Scheduled task. But I don't mind. As I now using TinyMediaManager, it's even better. For older show different sources have different metadata and need some time find correct one. Onbly Reordings works fine as have just 5-10 recordings.

Hello why subs start to display after some minutes of playing? Once subs are displayed, i can rewind back the movie to see the subs. I run with 1.0.50 and last beta. Also subs disapeared before the movie ends:

Any update on this issue? I tried also new server version 4.9.5.0 to no avail.

The splitting would be a simple filter - while I don’t mind the director, I’d be happy to lose that data if it meant there was a quick and easy way to block the rest of the junk.

Mmmm, even as of Luke’s 10th of May post, it seemed pretty clear this was about the type of data, not so much about to what subset, but yes, the word library would have been more appropriate given “collection” is an app specific term (collection of libraries just seemed verbose). For clarity: ANY and all libraries is what was meant.

Back in May, it looked like my domain was broken. I could still connect remotely in the Android app, however that works, but when I entered the domain in my web browser I got either an “Hmm. We’re having trouble finding that site.” error from my browser or an “SSL handshake failed” error from CloudFlare depending on whether I entered mydomain.com or www.mydomain.com. I could still get there with my IP address, though I was under the impression something in my NGINX config was supposed to prevent that. A few days later, having changed nothing, it started working again. I tried to access my server remotely last night using the Android app, and now that won't work. Entering my domain in a browser gets me a CloudFlare timeout error, entering my IP address gives me a browser timeout error. I have, once again, changed nothing. I had this issue back in December. I went through a bunch of troubleshooting steps, mostly switching things off in the Emby-NGINX-CloudFlare chain and then switching them all back on individually to see at what point it broke, and...it never broke. So I'm at a loss here.

Topic title made it sound like you are referring to Collections, as did a line in the post: While technically true as it refers to your collection as a whole, it might also be (as Luke did) assumed it refers to Collections as item type - hence maybe library or Movies/TV shows might be more suitable description instead. BTW, I absolutely agree, there should be a way to prevent all those nonsense credits to be imported, I absolutely detest those, I guess you could lend your support here, so Cast and Crew could be split as separate categories and enabled/disabled as preferred:

This has nothing to do with the collections feature. I want to block certain pointless data from being added to the database - basically the ever growing list of crew. Not sure how this relates to collections in anyway. I am confused - what am I missing?

NVidea Shield TV Pro arrived today all the DTS-HD MA 5.1 & 7.1 play directly without transcoding and the Denon AVR 4311 display shows DTS HD Master. So all the devices after the Roku are just fine. Plain Vanilla DTS plays just fine on the Roku it is just the DTS-HD MA that doesn't work. 5.1 is being transcoded and 7.1 does a bogus direct play and the display of the Denon AVR just shows 2 little round lights which I believe indicate no audio because if there is audio you have 2 square block with the letters L and R in them for stereo and 6 square blocks for 5.1. I believe the Roku either doesn't send any audio or has crashed. So, I enabled debugging on the Emby Roku App and also on the server settings. The only log that I get is the embyserver.txt which is attached.. The Shield will replace the Roku and even though 6 years old there is no streamer that can touch this device. Hope you get this sorted with the Roku. embyserver.txt

I have noticed something within AA if I play a playlist and tell it to play random. If I get out of the vehicle and get back in later it will continue the song I left off on which is what I expect. Once the song is done it seems to play the "random" list at the beginning again. So we hear the same songs everytime. And it does it everytime I would stop and reenter the vehicle. Anyway to get this to continue down the playlist where it left off, or at least re-randomize without manually doing it? Thanks!

It direct plays from shown on the dashboard. Video plays fine but no audio. This really does suggest that either the DTS core isn't being passed through from the Roku anymore or that your equipment cannot decode DTS. Please send an app log since this is direct playing. That is the best way to see what is going on with the app behavior. Thanks. @ebrDo you have something that can play DTS? If you have something with DTS HD-MA and disable audio transcoding do you hear silence? Maybe it is something with a recent Roku firmware update causing issue with passing through the DTS core from the DTS-HD MA. The Roku is reporting support for 8 channel DTS when I enable DTS but I cannot hear it since I have nothing that supports it. If you have something capable of hearing DTS HD-MA you can check if the DTS core is still passing through directly or if you hear nothing but silence.

With Next up on the home page, Can we have an option of how this is sorted? E.g. can we have shows air to day or in the last week appear at the front? With a larger list of next up its hard to tell if a new episode or new season has come out.
