I use the smart playlist plugin to make collections that I use in ersatz tv. That is really what delays my updating the server. From what I am seeing this plugin does most of it. What I am uncertain about is whether it tag specific seasons of a given show. eg. I use the query below to generate a collection of seasons of shows that has been watched in the last few months Type: Collection, EpiMode: Season, SourceType: MediaItems WHERE (Media Type is Episode) AND (Last Played is in the last Type: Weeks, Value: 12 for Any User) The key here is that it only tags seasons watch recently other seasons in the respective shows are not tagged. When the results is viewed (in the plugin) it season individual seasons for the shows. ie it outputs a collection of seasons not shows or episodes

That's weird—so I created a list on mdblist with just that movie and added the source in emby (your plugin) to a new list, and this time it works...

Nearly 4 years on and nothing done. Also clashes between music and music video library genres....

does it not show in webos24 emulator? it looks like a style sheet error as seems to affect home screen in horizontal view only (TV). TV affected still hasn't received the webOS25 update from LG yet as they are taking so long - so no idea if webos25 affected on the "B6" 48" OLEDS

Well, that's confusing because the Eeero is a mesh system and NOT a modem... (of course, nothing these days is truly a modem but that's still what they call the network interface to the provider).

We are not designed to be file browser but, if you set your library type to "Home Videos" then you may get what you want.

What model TV are you trying to install it on? Are you sure it is version 2.3.3?

I've been testing the new version since the day you posted it and I still have the same problem, the CreditsStart mark disappears when I click the "Next Episode" button. It's not a problem for me because I restore backups with Cron, but if you need any proof or logs just ask me.

I've had this problem recently on iPhone 17Pro running beta server on Win11.

Sure, that makes sense and is a nice touch. I’ll see what I can do! Nope, no idea at all.. My first guess would be that it doesn’t have an IMDb ID in Emby or MDBList, since matching is done only with that id. But if you already have checked that I don’t know.. And it’s always the same movie missing after running the plugin multiple times? could you try to create a new list with only that movie and then add to the plugin, what happens then?

I think every media app is trying to provide this functionality in some form, just got to find what works for you and is something you can work into your viewing. I logged back into Trakt for the first time in ages and it does have some nice recommendations based on your viewing and what is popular out there, but it also has this anticipated section that you might like. Anyway, I hope you've got some good ideas!!

I should confess, this server cost me two jars of honey (I have bee hives) and the previous owner rolled it from our previous place of employ - it's an old dell T3600. The end user hasn't complained about any playback qualities - or at least hasn't told me. That transcode speeds been below 1.0 would mean eventually their end would pause and buffer? To disable 4k transcode - is that the bottom option on the transcode page? "Max transcoding resolution" -> drop down box, select below 4k, i.e. 1080p? Thanks a million

Your CPU is struggling as decoding is done in software since it surpasses your GPU capabilities: Encoding is being hardware acelerated: Resulting in SW+HW (decoding+encoding) combo plan : Which in turn results in transcoding speeds 0.551x to 0.946x - in other words, your system doesn't have enough muscle to carry such process. You should either disable 4K/high bitrate files transcoding altogether or upgrade your hardware.

Here is the log files for the same user playing that same movie. CPU use was quite high, even got the fans excited. Thanks for looking at these, I can't understand anything in them. What are you looking for specifically? I also looked for the diagnostics plugin, but can't see it in the plugin page list. CSS is a possibility but i don't think it will work in the apps when they support the banner.

see this: With different timezones - i actually want you to tell me the time at your end when the skip intro button was seen and which episode it was. So info on button not showing and button showing. times, app name/version, episode number. I can see from the log you provided that at your time 17:32:28 on the 16th the server had the intro markers available for the 8 episodes. So were the markers not showing after this ? which client app ? what time? and you menioned that you got a skip intro button - was that the same client app and episode and what time? After 17:32:28 on the 16th March, a fresh launch of an emby client app should get the information about the intro markers.

OK - thanks. Have you read the multiple routers / Double NAT section mentioned in the checklist I gave a link to ? I would like to know if the information is easy to follow and whether i need to do some tweaking I will be happy to go through the steps for establishing if there is a double nat and how to get round it, but would like first to know if the documentation provided is good enough for users to follow
