How is this link supposed to help me? -
Hey everyone, I wanted to share my new project with you. Originally, I just wanted to automate adjusting the audio tracks of several of my videos, changing the title and language flag, and maybe even the codec. With a little help from AI, this program has now emerged: MediaFixer (Download on Github) View on Github Key Features Bulk Audio Patching: Convert all audio tracks in a folder to a specific codec (e.g., AC3, AAC), change bitrates, or force a stereo downmix for maximum compatibility. Fix Language Flags: Batch-apply the correct language tags (English, German, etc.) so your media player automatically selects the right audio track. Metadata Scrubbing: Easily rename track titles or completely clear out hidden data-trash like handler_name tags left behind by encoders. Safe Simulation Mode: Never ruin your library. MediaFixer offers a simulation mode that previews every single planned change in a detailed log before a single byte is written to your drive. Zero Config Setup: No need to mess with terminal commands or manually download FFmpeg. The built-in setup wizard handles everything for you on the first launch. Modern UI: Built with an intuitive, dark-mode GUI (Rime Theme) that supports both English and German natively. I know there are server tools that automate many things, but I wanted to have direct control over what happens! I would appreciate your feedback.

Webhook Notifications - Test works, but real notifications are never sent
Multitude9588 replied to Multitude9588's topic in Plugins
I don't know what you mean. I expect an outgoing webhook because I enabled Users > User Authenticated for the Webhook notification. Yes the user who set it up is admin. -
Multi movie naming - hide part of file name from version drop down
pwhodges replied to abuthemagician's topic in General/Windows
I started typing to suggest that, but then realised it would break the requirement for the part before the last hyphen to match across the versions. Maybe it would work for manual grouping, perhaps? Paul -
When you're asked which version, the expectation is that you will be specific - what you think is "latest" may not always be. Working on 3.5.31: So again, which specific version are you using?

LG TV has a problem playing videos with embedded subtitles.
seanbuff replied to trekflix's topic in LG Smart TV
which beta build contains the fix for this? thanks -
I have two users, 1 is marvin the other is Admin Admin can manage the server while marvin can not. The option to share personal content is active. I have 4 playlists, each user can see all 4 playlists. 2 playlists I exported from Plex using an app called soundiiz. The other 2 playlist were created in Emby When I ask Alexa to play the playlists that were exported by soundiiz, the reply I get is Media type video is unsupported by Amazon echo, please change to a supported device When I ask Alexa to play the playlist that were created inside of Emby, the reply I get is The requested media is not found in the library. The command I use 'Alexa, ask MB Home to play the playlist [Playlist name]' When I ask Alexa to play a playlist that has been deleted, it actually starts to play some music. And the music it plays was actually in the deleted playlist. Please help, I am not official confused. I have performed the database cleanup routine thinking that with the new setup adding and deleting stuff, maybe the database was corrupted, but no change in behavior. I have attached the server logfile, hoping that it will help embyserver (2).txt

I use a Dreambox with enigma2 as player for the Streams. With the VLC player on Windows 11, is the same problem. I also tryed to ad the Streams to my TvHeadend IPTV server. When TvHeadend test the Streams, the Emby LiveTv crash. When you fast change 6 or 8 channels it happens.

For now Ive installed another m3u playlist from web search And figure out one interesting behaviour: By default (attach only m3u and leave all setting as is) channels still not work But if I fill useragent field (just copied from google chrome installed, referer still empty) channels work Dont know how useragent affects on that (especially on geo defining) But mb fill it by default? As variant any chrome useragent or scan installed browsers and get it from there

Can you try setting up the Trakt pin again?
-
Can you please show the contents of your own movie folder so that we can examine a specific example? Thanks.
-
The log seems to show that it was played by KENIDELV, but your screenshot shows that Trakt is setup for a user named Gabba-Gool.

What user played it?

Hi, apologies for the delay. We are working on getting a new server release out to resolve this. The fix is already on the server beta channel. Thanks. -
Hi, we'll take a look at it. Thanks for reporting.
