2 Users with same username and password

So I accidently created 2 user accounts (both named admin) with the same password not realizing it was a duplicate - one has full admin permissions the other is a general user and i need to get into the admin permissions one to change something but I can't because when I sign in it goes to the general user one. Is there any file I can edit within Emby's config to change the username of one of them?
