I am trying to set up port forwarding on my new router. It has been working on the old router but not any more. The new router is Sagemcom f@st 5366. What else do I need to do to get this to work?

Note: It's working In-Home but not if try to access the remote IP address (85.*.*.*)

Are those the ports you have configured in Emby also?

Ideally you use default ports 8096 for http and 8920 for https.

What issues are you having with WANIP:32400?

Port is open and can see manual login page.

What do you mean? If I have been having issues with WANIP:32400?

Port 32400 worked for me last time but not 8096. I have 32400 configured in Emby

OK I didn't see a WAN IP so I guess it was removed.

What problem is left then or has it been solved?

When I try loading WAN:32400 I get server doesn't response on Safari, basically website doesn't load. Do you recommend to use port 8096?

I would suggest using 8096 or 80 for non secured and 8920 or 443 for secured connections.

If you like I could remote in and give you a quick hand with this.  Might take us 5 minutes or so is all.

Are you behind the router when you do your test?  You need to be on another network when you do your test.

I tried changing my server to 8096 but now Im not able to open the Dashboard for my Emby server.

I have been trying to see if it’s work by loading the emby app

Now for an example my port on http is 8088 but I changed it to 8096

And this has now been added to my router from the Emby server, I have not done anything.

I got it working by creating new TCP rule. I'm thinking that my router was blocking port 32400 or something.
