Lock Specific Metadata Fields Gone

I just updated to 4.6.4 and now when I look at edit metadata for any of my movies I only have the check box for "Lock This Item To Prevent Future Changes" the rest of the boxes previously present for individual fields are missing? Any Ideas?  I previously had only the name field locked for all movies, but now the "Lock This Item To Prevent Future Changes" is unchecked on all movies and I don't want my custom names being changed, but I would like other changes to be processed.

My bad, I had missed the lock icons next to certain fields.  I must have missed the change when I read the changelog.  I can see that all my movies still have the name field locked.  Thanks for the quick reply.

Luke, I recognize the lock icons. However, these lock icons do not lock changes (Title) for music Artists (not Album Artists), as one example.

Any changes are not saved. The lock function held promise overriding not so straight forward tags.

Ideally you wouldn't change the title of an artist. That value comes from the embedded value within your audio files. That would be a better place to change that.
