Synology "This site can't be reached...took too long to respond"

Hi everyone,

As of yesterday I can no longer access my Synology remotely. While my family rebooted the Synology and are able to use it at home, I continue to receive the following message:

This site can’t be reached

username.synology.me took too long to respond.

Try:

• Checking the connection
• Checking the proxy and the firewall
• Running Windows Network Diagnostics

ERR_CONNECTION_TIMED_OUT

 

 

What can I do to resolve it?
