Hi, yes it's possible with a 3rd party networking program designed to do exactly this.  There are many that can monitor disk space, CPU usage, Web services, etc.

It's just a matter of finding one you like that can be installed on a different computer (in case your Emby server machine crashes) that fits your environment.
