Music Disc Titles

As you can see in the screenshots, this album's discs have titles. Could this be added to the display along with displaying "Disc 1" when there is more than one disc even if there are no titles? Looks a little off, to me, without the "Disc 1" label.

Looks like the metadata is there, SETSUBTITLE.

example disc 4 in this Collection album.
