Web interface - why can't I filter by genre AND sort by rating?

On the Media Browser web interface, if I go to 'Movies', I can sort by IMDb rating, etc. but I cannot filter by genre at the same time. If I go to 'Genres' and select a genre, on this page I can only view the movies sorted by name - not by rating.

 

On the Android app I can filter by multiple genres and simultaneously sort by rating. Why is this facility not available on the web interface?

the simple answer is that its not there yet...

 

all of our clients, including the web client, are constantly being improved by the dev team...they will see the feedback on this item in this thread and (hopefully) in time this will be added/enhanced in a future release.
