Why do so far only 3 movies go to software HDR tone mapping transcoding when I have hardware only enabled for it?

It is so odd.

All other movies stay with hardware HDR tone mapping transcoding

Sure when enabling hardware only HDR tone mapping transcoding just 3 movies in my library go to software only HDR tone mapping transcoding and I have no idea why.

Could you post the media info screen for those 3 movies (bottom of detail screen).
Could you also try and play those three again and then upload the ffmpeg logs generated for them?
