Multiple preferred image download laguage option

Hello, so i have this folder where i have movies from various other countries and emby usually doesnt download those movie's images directly as some of them only have image in other language. I could set preferred to one language but is it possible to select multiple? I think it will help a lot of people.

You can support my request is about adding language and provider to each metadata field.
