Hello,

I am having issues connecting remotely. When trying to connect to my server I get a connection error.

It was working fine last week, I have not changed anything on the system.

Thanks.

Hi, I would review this KB article and run through some of the trouble shooting steps mentioned.  If you can't get it to work, let us know what passes/what doesn't.

Thanks for linking that article. I had gone through that article when it first stopped.

I still cannot figure it out.

All the users, except for one, are linked to an Emby Connect account, in the event the external ip address were to change, they would not need the new one.

What works and what doesn't from the diagnostic steps in that article?

Example does canyouseeme.org show the port open or closed?

I checked again on canyouseeme.org, it is showing connection refused. Mmh this is strange. What would make it change all of a sudden

Run through the troubleshooting steps in the above article as typically it'll be a local firewall issue or port forwarding.

Thank you. Success!

I played around with the settings, and it started working!

Thanks for the update.  What did you adjust?

I deleted the port forwarding on my router and firewall. Changed the network setting in Emby settings. And started from the beginning. I think the most recent update caused it
