Live TV no work well

Hi, i using emby with licenses key, latest old version it ok in Live TV , i add or remove with m3u, but i install again emby new (version 4.6.3.0) , after  install in LIve tv, i add m3u ,but no channel in Live TV box, my m3u ok with vlc and in jellyfin.

I was tshoot successful, becz i need to open caches folder permission in server.
