Theater Desktop 3.0.15 No tabs displayed at top of page

Not sure why but suddenly with no changes that i'm aware of from my side the clock, search button and profile button appear to left center at the top of the desktop screen and the tabs don't display at all, e.g. suggestions, favorites etc. I've tried editing the windowstate.json in case it was incorrect settings here, but that hasn't restored the options after re-aligning the window start position and state. Have tried reinstalling the desktop client entirely with same result. 

Server 4.7.0.3

update with slightly better news, the previous reinstall was install over top of existing install. I've since done a full uninstall including entire cache,settings etc and installed and this has cleared the issue
