Musicbrainz question for adding genre tag

@Bigmack3000since cayars did not have a issue with the file on his Synology, I am guess as database issue.  But a server log may provide more info if there are errors.

Do you get the same result with this tagged track?  Will delete after testing.

The "Refresh Metadata" option then "replace all metadata".

Finally, I removed the album from the library, refreshed. Then added it back in, and now it pops up with the genre.  So I'm not sure what the initial problem was, but it appears to be solved for now.  I'll see if it happens to more files.  Thanks everyone.
