Podcast plug-in - Image Handling

I am just trying the Podcasts plug-in and have a quick question on the image handling. 
should the image for the Podcast pass down to the individual episode or not?

the couple of feeds I’ve added both have images but the individual episodes do not. I know I can manually add them but it would be great if the image from the stream was inherited if no individual episode image exists.

The image is passed as part of the RSS feed. It's not unusual to have the same poster for episodes of the same podcast.
