Question about guide data ratings

Recently, newly-added movies are not getting the correct MPAA ratings or any actor posters in the movie details page.  The movies are matched correctly otherwise.

Two examples:
Hotel Rwanda (PG-13 from TMDb), Emby says TV-14
Mr. Brooks (R from TMDb), Emby says TV-14

Here's my movie library config:

 

Hmmm.  I just did a manual "Identify" on Hotel Rwanda (only match to choose from) and it corrected everything.  How could this be?  Why didn't auto-match work?

Just thought of something - these are movies recorded off of TV (via the Emby guide) to the movies library folder.  Still, the titles match works, so something is amiss.

So it came from the initial guide data then.
