Prezados, 

Alterei a senha de acesso no app do celular e a minha tv quando entra no app da tv LG fica apenas aparecendo o horário e o símbolo do Emby… Não deixa eu fazer o logoff para entrar com a senha nova! Já exclui e reinstalei e continua da mesma forma.

alguma dica?

Uninstall the app again, then remove power from the tv for a minute.  Makes sure the app has definitely been removed, then install the app again.  Please let us know if this helps.

After removing the app, did you remove power from the tv for a minute before reinstalling from the app store?

What model number is your TV?

Fiz exatamente isso… Removi da tomada por mais de 5 minutos e continuou da mesma forma. A remoção foi feita dessa maneira, através do Editar e depois Excluir.

It sounds like you have now tried all the options, except 1 more to go.

uninstalling should have removed all evidence of the app, and even without an Emby server available you should still get the Welcome to Emby screen. 
 

Your only other option is to do a factory reset on your tv.  This will remove all apps and settings, so you will need to add everything back again.  It is a last resort but you have tried everything else. In rare cases, I have seen this as necessary to resolve some issues like yours.

What language do you have the server and TV set to?  I’m wondering if there is a problem loading the language translation that might cause this issue.

Não funcionou! Vai ser necessário voltar as configurações de fábrica. Mas não queria fazer isso pq tenho diversos outros aplicativos instalados e configurados
