Not keeping trach of show progress

Since installing 4.6.3.0 on my Netgear NAS I've had to restart the Emby server  5 times so it would start keeping track of my show progress again.  For example:

Watching a movie, I stopped at 45 mins into it and went to do something.  I came back and continued watching to the end.  It will not mark as watched.  It keeps staying at the 45 min mark until I rebooted the server

Watching a TV show. S03E05.  I watched it completely and left then came back.  Next up is S03E05.  I could not mark it as watched until I rebooted the server.

Is there any reason I could not go back to the prior version?

I did get this error when I initially installed the upgrade, not sure if it is related but I've never seen it before:
