Question about Google's IPV6 DNS

Fanart doesn't work in my emby, the addon is installed, but no image appears, only Themovie. I've attached the log to see if anyone can help me.

Hi, you getting an error
System.Net.Http.HttpRequestException: System.Net.Http.HttpRequestException: Name or service not known

for any fanart request.

Can you try to ping and trace route to webservice.fanart.tv and let us know what you get from the Synology box?

Thanks for the help, I noticed that Google's IPV6 DNS wasn't solving the dns and it didn't work. I changed for 2 different IPV4 and got access again, a stupid thing but I still didn't understand why.
Now it's working 100%
