Transcoding does not work from continue

Hello,

when i start video from middle(continue) transcoding dont start. For example we was watching some tv series, turn off android tv and next day when we want watching where we end it just start freezting and stop playing video. When i check what happen in emby, there is no encoding. This problem happen with more episodes. When i want start encoding need to play it from begining and then move it to time where we end.

 

Alredy tried throttle on and off, but still same.

 

Any ideas why it does?
