Live TV vs. Library - Tags menu behavior?

Hi,
 

When going into Live TV menu -> Tags - Other library's media tagged with the same tags are listed.
When going into another Library -> Tags, then Live TV Tagged Channels are not listed.

Is it expected behavior that Live TV menu -> Tags list other content than Live TV?

I can confirm this is an issue on 4.7.0.3 @Luke
