I reverted to 4.5.4 and everything is now ok

Depending on how you reverted you could have database issues do to major changes in the database itself.

What picture were missing?

Can you provide an example.  As I have no idea what or where the display of a picture is.

Would need to see the server log for when this happened on 4.6.2.0 also.

I use folders to see all my pictures. When I click on a folder it displays "no entries".

I have added already the log to this topic.

In 4.6.2.0 what does the library show for Content type?  Dashboard-Library
