Since the latest update 4.6.2.0, the emby lost the ability to show the posters on the home screen, but it only affects ultra wide monitors. Any Idea?

Hi, what resolution are you running on the ultra wide monitor?
What happens if you narrow the web browser?

Can you please attach the emby server log from when you tried to pull up those images? Thanks.

Do you get the same if you cleared the browser cache?

This happens every time I open the emby window, tried deleting browser cache, installed other browsers still the same, it goes away if the resolution of the browser window is 1080 or lower but if I extend the browser window to the full ultrawide, the images look low quality and if i refresh with the full size some posters gain quality but most of them disappears .  My monitor resolution is 3440 X1440  Server logs Attached.

Nothing is standing out to me.  Do you see the same when you enter each library?

I even emulated that screen resolution and Emby reprocessed all images and appeared for me.  Have to wait and see if Luke sees something.

It's not a resolution issue as my main monitor has the same native resolution and I don't have this in chrome, firefox, or edge.

Do you have any custom css?

One thing I can think of is that you could have "broken" images in your cache and, when you make the browser a certain size, that lands on those broken cached images (we cache images at display resolution).

So, you might try clearing your browser cache and also your "imagecache" folder under your Emby folder.

I think what @ebr just mentioned with clearing the imagecache will be the ticket to fixing this.

Thanks guys for all your replies.
A. The problem is only on the home page,
B. I don't have any custom CSS.
C. it happens on any browser I installed. Edge, Firefox or chrome

Also,  Can you point me on where is the emby image cache folder? didnt find anything called "imagecache". I'm from the media Browser era and don't have a folder named emby on my \AppData\Roaming and the only cache folder contains more stuff than just images. The main folder of my installation is called "MediaBrowser-Server"

Try this area:
C:\Users\YOUR-USER\AppData\Roaming\Emby-Server\programdata\cache\images
