Certain files do not work on cetain devices

Good evening, I am having an issue where my son is trying to watch a show and when he plays it, it only show's static pictures that refresh every 10 seconds or so, the audio works fine. When I try it on my Galaxy S20+, iPhone XR or PC it works fine, but when we try it on his iPad (2020 version), LG Q7+ or FireStick TV it does not work. Any idea what it could be? I have attached the Log file and the Media Tree info.
