Movie Poster Art not available and I cannot use identify to get the right art to display

I am using 4.6.2.0 Server on Windows 10.

About 2 weeks ago I was rerendering movies in HEVC. I was loading a number of movies by dropping them into a temp dir on the library drive, deleting the contents of the target movies including info and SRT files, and moving the new renders into the appropriate dir, and running a library scan when I was done with a batch. I have a picture showing the outcome between two batches I placed as described. The  list is in most recently added, "The Lord of the Rings: The Two Towers" was the last on in on batch and "Inside out" is the first in the next batch. The rest in the new batch, 20 minutes later, showed up showing scenes like Emby Server could not identify them. So I Identified "Inside Out", found the art, when I selected the art the screen showed a "no art file available" little box that you see in browsers, using Emby Theater at the time, and when I hit save, I have the same picture you see here. I have tried more than one movie and the actions and results are the same in Theater or browser.  All movies added for the first time or reloaded show a picture from the video not the poster art. I changed no settings that I know of.

What is your 'View' settings set for? (Three-dot menu, next to 'Filter')

That surely does not look like it. Do you have maybe Screen Grabber on top in your Library settings, under Movie Image Fetchers? And what is your Library type?

@JeremyR

In addition to those questions, what metadata image fetchers are enabled on the library, and in what order?

GrimReaper76, The image you see is snipped directly off of Emby Theater. No screen grabber. The library type is movie.

Luke, Don't even know what a metadata image fetcher is. Assume I am using what came with server. I have had to identify one out of 40 movies and usually because I put in the wrong date. My settings are pretty vanilla from set up. I liked it as I saw it.

This is a vanilla set up. I have made no setting changes that I know since it was operating normally and showing me poster art to showing me images from the particular movie. The transition here is maybe 5 minutes and NO CHANGES to server at all.

If you have some questions about things I can show you, just tell me, but you may have to tell me how to get there if it isn't well documented.

What are the library metadata and image setting?  Dashboard-Library-your library, enable Show Advanced settings

Do you save artwork with media?

What images are in the movie folder (like Inside Out)?

@JeremyR Here's the setting they're asking about that Happy2Play gave you directions to get to above:

From your screenshots it's acting like Screen Grabber, last in my library, is first in yours.  In that case your primary image would only be a poster if you have a movie poster saved with the movie file.  Otherwise you'd get a screencap grabbed from the video file instead.

Luke, no. I got direct support. Turned out for some reason the art grabber would go through IP6 which was installed but not used. He disabled it and another fix I am not sure of and Emby server works great AGAIN!

@Luke I did a remote session with @JeremyR and got him squared away.

His machine was defaulting to using IP6 for some things and causing an issue.  Simply turning that off fixed that problem along with I think a DNS change.
