only audio playing

So when I try to shuffle my video playlist all it plays is the audio. What am I doing wrong?

Hi. Exactly where did you shuffle from and does the playlist contain any audio-only files?

I'm watching on a fireTV and I went to the playlist I created and just hit shuffle. No audio files are in the playlist.

Can you show a screenshot of where you did that.  Also, exactly how you "went to the playlist" - exactly where?
