How to Delete My Emby Account

Hi there, I am looking to delete my login account with emby as I believe someone else is using it. I have not used it in years and cannot figure out how to wipe it out completely. I have been getting emails asking me to confirm that I am in fact logging in from that device. I don't see a place to change my password or access admin as I do not even have a server set up, however it appears there are 3 servers on there...all of which I cannot access. Help Please!

Someone probably tried to add "Kate" to their system using Emby Connect, but you have that username reserved so they have actually added the wrong person is all.  You can ignore that.
