TS-431X2 no options for Hardware Decoders

I installed it using .qpkg and purchased Emby Premiere.

But Preferred Hardware Decoders and Preferred Hardware Encoders do not have the option to use.

Probably because that specific NAS is a business based machine and also has a Amazon Annapurna labs CPU.  Looking at the NAS information page on QNAP https://www.qnap.com/en/product/ts-431x2 there is nothing about video. Its all about business adjacent features.
