Sorting items in Collections

I've been using genres to tag films for searching (anime, Criterion, foreign language, etc.).  Very recently I tried using Collections and I notice that there is no way to sort the items in a Collection - they present apparently in order that they were added.  Is this a feature that could be added at some point?  Or, am I missing something obvious?

Hi.  There is already an open feature request for more sorting.  Right now you can select either name or release date as sort options in the metadata for the collection itself.
