Identify movies not working properly.

Sometimes a movie cover/info would not be identified properly using tvdb so I usually use imdb and use the TTxxxxx to identify it.. and it finds the cover/info no problem and I push changes.   then a few minutes later it just removes it.   The changes dont stick?

is this a bug?

Hi there, please go over an example and attach the emby server log from that example:

Thanks.

Here is the emby server log, I had to delete it as it was over 3GB and I produced the same issue in a fresh log this morning.   Identified a bunch of stuff on imdb and It updates fine, but after a few minutes it all goes away.

edit: have removed the link to the log file,  I will PM It as it contains IP's and stuff

What are all of the existing images?  As you already have 6 images for The Gambler, but believe Emby will only use 1 of them.

But this is a flat structure correct no per movie media folders?

the movies/files are not in individual movie folders, everything is in one folder.. im not sure what the 6 images are Im going to download them from ftp and look at my windows box and ill report back.. sec

Basically Emby was denied write access to save the new image and your existing image would replace the provider image

System.UnauthorizedAccessException: System.UnauthorizedAccessException: Access to the path '/glftpd/site/THISWEEKSNEWMOVIES/The Gambler (2014).png' is denied.

2021-06-10 19:06:44.732 Error ProviderManager: UnauthorizedAccessException: Emby Server is being write access to /glftpd/site/THISWEEKSNEWMOVIES/The Gambler (2014)-poster.jpg. Please check your file permissions.

Best guess would be they came with the media.

But glad it all worked out.
