Play button twice

Hi,

I'm wondering why this behavior exists and if there's a way to change it. When I'm on the details screen for a movie, tv show etc, when I hit Play button, the video player loads, but nothing happens. I need to hit the play button again. This feels weird. The first time I thought something was wrong, I just see a black screen.

Is there a setting for this? to just start playing?
