Playback Error No playable items were found. Are you trying to play an empty folder? [for playlists]

Hello,

Emby server 4.6.2.0 running under Windows 7 64 bit Professional.

When view from a client, my playlists exists as top level items under "Playlists" but when I select any of them they are empty.  Trying to play the playlist results in the error above.  I have verified that there are what appear to be "<name> [playlist]" folders in the <User>\AppData\Roaming\Emby-Server\programdata\data\playlists directory and if I descend into the folder I see a "playlist.xml" file which seems to contain the data for the playlist items.

I have restarted the server itself and the server machine but this does not correct the issue.  I've also tried creating new playlists but they do not appear in the file system or on the server.

This behavior is independent of which client I use, Firefox or Roku (the only two I'm working with right now).

I've also had issue when trying to save new playlists from the Roku client, wondering if this is related somehow?

I'm REALLY hoping it's something simple like a corrupt index file or something as I cannot even reconstruct or recreate playlists and use them as my primary way of listening to music...

Yes this is something the new update screwed up...
