Problema al reproducir

Tengo la versión 4.6.2 sobre windows 10 con suscripción premiere y presento problemas para reproducir algunos de mis contenidos, se queda un circulo dando vueltas y al rato me da el error ¨Actualmente no hay transmisiones compatibles disponibles. Vuelva a intentarlo más tarde o póngase en contacto con el administrador del sistema para obtener más detalles.¨

deshabilité la transcodificacion por hardware y lo hace menos ...
